Wow, wow, wow! Bought a car from these guys June last year and to date, I've had no issues with it (other than a flat tyre after hitting a pothole). From beginning to end, these guys were fantastic. Got the finance sorted out via the broker first, but these guys kept in touch about when I could come and collect the car. The car, a 2015 Skoda Octavia VRS 1.9 TDI, was immaculate after being fully serviced, MOT'd and had undergone a full valet before my collection. The car was out front ready for me to drive away, but not before first the guy came out and showed me round the car. Showed me all the features, the controls, seat adjustments, stereo and infotainment system. Showed me the spare wheel, where the licking wheel nut was...literally everything! Went inside where all the paperwork was there ready and waiting for me, full service history, all the paperwork, the V5c, invoices. Everything you'd expect from a reputable firm. Both my partner and I were offered a cup of tea whilst they sat with us to get it taxed online on their computer. Few moments later and they handed me both sets of keys, and I was the proud, second owner of an immaculate car that has never ceased to be anything but an absolute joy to drive. The car is by far the best I've ever been fortunate enough to own, easily eats up motorway miles at over 50mpg. Single carriageways it drops to around 46 (I don't use Eco mode) and in VRS mode, the turbo engine and steering are even more responsive to hurl you down the road at whatever speed your comfortable with. VRS mode generally gets me about 38 miles to the Fallon which is impressive considering how uneconomically I drive her. The power, the handling, the comfort, the infotainment system, the ease to drive, the smooth gearbox and ride, the fuel economy, the fact that 5 of us will easily fit in the car comfortable enough for a 2 hour journey and the MASSIVE boot all add up to the best car purchase from the best dealership I've dealt with. Fast forward to this week, wanting to order a new tyre whilst working away, I can't remember the tyre or wheel size. I call up on the off chance, not expecting them to be open at gone 6 in the evening, let alone getting much assistance. Well I needn't have worried. A polite and courteous answer from a fantastically helpful and polite member of the team and he's not only managed to help me find out my tyre size, he's even recommended a supplier and fitter for me. A 5 star review is the least these guys deserve. I'd be more than happy to take them up on their offer of guaranteeing to buy my car back and buying another one for them but the only problem with that is, I still absolutely love the car the sold me last year and I can't see myself ever wanting to part with it!
